4.0 out of 5 stars Very Funny 5 Nov 2012
By Doctorman
As a stocking-filler and almanac, this is a very funny book. The birthdates of the main actors in the series are included as are the screening dates for every episode shown on that day of the year from the classic and new series. The illustrations are amusing and well-presented. Anyone looking for an exhaustive reference will be better served by another title, but this certainly raises a smile with me as a Doctor Who fan. Good gentle fun and worth the money as light reading and an amusing diversion.

Want to know how to deal with alien incursions on your birthday? Curious how previous invasions of earth control your destiny? Or do you simply have a Doctor Who that you don't know what to buy for?!? Then this is the book to choose! Well researched and great fun, a lighter look at the near 50 year history of the Timelord from Gallifrey. And I guarantee the first date you look up is your birthday...

This beautifully illustrated book is the perfect fun gift for the Dr Who fan who has everything. It creates a horoscope for each day of the year based on which Who episodes, old and new, were broadcast on them. Great fun and very funny!
